1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jita79 platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2.1 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by jita79, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You agree to notify jita79 promptly if any of your registration details change.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances that are found to have arisen from multi-account activity.

2.2 Identity Verification

jita79 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention standards. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, we require verification of your identity. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our team may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. jita79 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

You agree to notify jita79 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. jita79 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach in accordance with this section.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jita79 is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jita79 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jita79 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Any balance arising from a third-party deposit may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. jita79 aims to process withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe, typically within fifteen minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals once identity verification has been completed. Withdrawal processing times may be extended in circumstances beyond jita79's reasonable control, including technical issues with payment providers or during peak demand periods.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. jita79 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds, in line with our fraud prevention and responsible gaming obligations.

4.3 Incomplete and Reversed Transactions

In the event that a deposit transaction is initiated but not completed due to technical error, the funds will not be credited to your jita79 balance. In such cases, you should contact your payment provider in the first instance. If the issue persists, our support team is available around the clock to assist with transaction queries.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jita79 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant offer at the time it is made available.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• jita79 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without notice where it has not yet been claimed by a player.
• Players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, collusion, or the use of automated betting strategies designed to extract value from bonus terms — will have their bonus balances voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. They are not transferable between accounts.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple and any game contribution rates will be clearly specified in the individual promotion's terms. jita79 reserves the right to exclude certain game categories — such as table games or live casino — from contributing to bonus wagering requirements at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules, Betting, and Fair Play

All games available on jita79 are provided by certified third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, BGaming, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) rates, which are set and certified by the respective provider. jita79 does not modify game logic or RTP rates.

6.1 Sportsbook and Cricket Betting

jita79's sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Bets are accepted subject to the odds and market availability displayed at the time of placement. jita79 reserves the right to void, limit, or restrict bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, technical error in odds, or where betting patterns suggest abuse of the platform.

In-play (live) bets on cricket and other sports are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the specific terms of the market provide otherwise. Settlement of bets will be based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB) or, where applicable, the official broadcast feed at the time of settlement.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jita79 platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting or chip dumping in poker or table games.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Placing bets in connection with any match or event in which you have insider knowledge not available to the general public.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jita79 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of jita79 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of jita79.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell or make any commercial use of the Platform or its content; collect and use any product listings or descriptions; make any derivative use of the Platform or its content; download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party; or use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jita79 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

jita79's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jita79 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your jita79 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, we will process the closure within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not been met) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

jita79 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with your account;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a relevant authority;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

In the event of account closure initiated by jita79 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and will be returned if no breach is substantiated.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jita79 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection.

In the event of a dispute between you and jita79, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve any complaint fairly and promptly. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within seven business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may seek recourse through such other dispute resolution mechanisms as may be available to you under applicable law. jita79 will cooperate fully with any legitimate dispute resolution process.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jita79 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

12.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by jita79 in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
